Hainan Homecoming Nov 2012 (Part 3)

Day 5: Xinglong to Sanya
Start with a buffet breakfast, which is substandard.

Quite an unusual scene.....so many coconut trees.
The first stop is a minority group.

 Coconut with Honey.

We then move one of the highlights, Nanshan. Had vegetarian food, with some special for the kids.

This is not vegetarian.

Nanshan had this GuanYin statue that is higher than statue of liberty.

Other sights include Dadong Sea, Tea and charcoal shops.

Dinner is at one of the hotel. The stay of the hite was at Le Parker. We were upgraded to a suite to accommodate 3 beds. It was the best hotel throughout our tour.

 Le Parker Hotel.

We venture out to the pasar malam, 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
JunXian had his Gongcha fix again. I bet he had 4-5 during that 9 days.

 Day 6: Sanya to Haikou

The last day was not eventful as we were brought to many shops, including this silk shop,

The theme for lunch was fruit, where they add different fruits into the dishes.

WE would be leaving sunny sanya for the rainy Haikou.
The weather been pretty obvious, if you see below, in sanya, there is no clouds at all, but when we travel north, we entered into the land of clouds/rains/winds.

 Our dinner:

And its back to TienYow hotel in Haikou;
